Procedure[edit]

1. To obtain a business license, applicants will need to complete and submit an application to your local State Government Office - Business License Department.
2. Attach a copy of Police Clearance for the last five years and issued within the last 30 days from the date of application. Police clearance has to be from the applicants predominant place(s) of residence for the last five years.
3. Pay the license processing fee.
4. Hand in the completed application form and police clearance to the Business Licensing Officer.

• Copy of Police Clearance for the last five years and issued within the last 30 days from the date of this application. Police clearance has to be from applicants predominant place(s) of residence for the last five years.
• Copy of payment receipt of Business License fee from the State Treasury
