Procedure[edit]

1. Submit all the documents at the passport office
2. Fill in the application form
3. Documents must be verified by an officer this takes up to 3 days
4. Pay the application fee and submit the receipts

citizens cannot apply for a passport abroad they have to travel to Bissau to apply for a passport

• Applicant must provide original documents only
• Due to bad governance in guinea Bissau applicant can be denied a passport without any reason given
