Procedure[edit]

1. Fill out an application form.
2. Submit the completed form along with all other required documents.
3. Pay the application fee.

Required Documents[edit]

• Completed application
• Medical certificate (if requested) for categories, A1, A2, A3 or B1
• Special medical certificate (if requested) for categories B2, C1, C2, D1, D2 and E. This certificate can be obtained at the Clnica Verge de Meritxell. Outpatient. Phone 871 100.
• Driving license to be renewed
• Recent colored photograph (35x40 mm), background - white
